What services do you offer?
Individual therapy for adults, adolescents and children, psychosocial assessments, short-term and long-term support, and psychoeducation.
Do I need to attend in person?
Sessions can be face to face or arranged by video call using Teams, depending on your needs.
How do I pay for sessions?
The current Serene Mind Therapy website says payment can be made by direct transfer to bank account. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you complete full payment and receive reimbursement after Medicare processes it.
Do you have evening availability?
Appointment days are Thursday and Friday, with evening sessions available up to 7 pm.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled.
Is the office accessible?
Current site content says both St Albans and Brunswick clinic locations are wheelchair accessible, with nearby parking options.
